Beef is ready for your freezer!!! We can do any custom order of beef that you want! No minimum. We have some new products along with the usual meat cuts! -Tomahawk steaks!... -Jerky, (cracked pepper, honey garlic, teriyaki) -Mild Italian sausage -Classic and cheddar smokies -Regular and honey garlic pepperoni -Farmers sausage -Breakfast sausage -Maple breakfast sausage(gluten free!) -Hearts, liver, and tongues -Soup bones -Dog bones -Plus the usual variety of steaks, roasts, tenderloin, and of course ground beef! **EDITED TO ADD** -ALSO there are a couple quarters of beef available for $5.50/lb x the hanging weight of the quarter. Our goal is to keep our beef affordable, so that everyone can eat healthy, locally produced deliciousness. No added hormones etc, and raised as organically as we can without being certified:) All processed in inspected facilities. We will be delivering to FSJ this weekend and next week!! If you want dog bones they'll need to be ordered & picked up right away!

So nice that the temperature is getting warmer again! Had to go for a drive to get foot surgery done and stocked up on hatching eggs (and house plants) while I was gone. The incubator is full there will be chicks hatching in 3 weeks!!! Should be some Cochin, Bielefelder, Lavender and chocolate Orpington, Silver Phoenix, and Buff Brahma chicks ! Fluffy cuteness for sure.

Needing some feedback on what to get made right away! Meat will be ready mid-later March! Our goal is to keep prices as low as we can so everyone can afford to eat healthy, grassfed deliciousness! Sooo im working on some options and need feedback! ... We can get some value added items made...we'd like to know which items you would buy! The options are... 1) Beef Jerky - 3 flavors to choose from. Teriyaki, Honey Garlic, and Cracked Pepper These are half a pound packages of jerky that will be $15/pkg. 2) Pepperoni - Regular, Honey Garlic, and Hot 3) Smokies - Classic, Cheddar, and Jalapeno Cheddar These are 5 smokies per package. Probably $15, $17, $20/pkg 4) Sausage - Classic, Bratwurst, Hot Italian, Mild Italian, Chorizo, Farmer, Summer, Mennonite 5) Breakfast Sausage - Classic, Maple (certified gluten free) There will also be DOG BONES available for anyone who wants some... theyll need to be spoken for fairly quickly if the weather stays warm after we get them back, not enough freezers here to keep bones in! $1/lb for raw, meaty dogbones that we guarantee your dogs will love! Also..there are Hearts, Tongues, and Liver available right now for anyone who likes organ meat. Comment on here or message and let us know your choices!

Been having some issues with getting on the farm page to post anything! So here's to a belated happy Canadian Ag day! (Yesterday) It's great to know where your food comes from and how it is raised!
