We are reopening this Monday June 1! We are reopening this week and are excited to be back! The health and safety of our employees and customers is important so we have implemented leading health and safety precautions. These measures include: - Deep sanitization of the store prior to the reopening - Installation of acrylic protective shield at the cash register... - All our employees will be wearing masks - All takeout cutlery is now individually wrapped - We already have high standards for our cleaning protocols but we will increase the frequency of disinfecting and sanitizing high touch surfaces and equipment. While the look of the environment may have changed; we will still be bringing you the food that you have come to enjoy! During the closure period, we have also made some changes to improve our operations and adjust to the new reality we are all in. This includes: - Transitioning to more environmentally responsible packaging. As seating in food courts continues to be closed, all our business is now takeout and we will be doing our part to reduce our environmental footprint - You asked and we listened! We will now be offering family takeout packages that will provide a complete lunch or dinner for a family of 4. We will also be providing ready to grill BBQ boxes of pre-seasoned meats for the summer. Details of these new packages will be released on Monday, June 1! - We will be back on the Ritual App effective June 1. Our new website will also launch on June 1 at kebaberie.com and will also allow online ordering. We thank everyone for your support and words of encouragement over the past few months. In over 30 years of operation, this has been the most turbulent and trying times for our business. It has been difficult to hear about many small businesses (new and established) closing during this pandemic. COVID-19 UPDATE - APRIL 1, 2020 Based on Provincial guidelines, Kebaberie Yorkville Village has extended our storefront closure until further notice. As we don't know how long our storefront will remain closed, we are working hard behind the scenes on preparing Quarantine Meal Packs of our famous main dishes (kebabs and shawaramas) for contactless delivery in the GTA. These will be prepared and packaged in our clean kitchen facility and all food will be seasoned and ready fo...r the BBQ. While you may not be able to get out, you can still have the ability to enjoy our healthy, made to order foods delivered to you. Plus you get to skip the lineups at the grocery stores! If there are any preferences that you would like to see included in these Quarantine Meal Packs, please drop us a comment; we would love to hear from you! Once we have these packages ready, we will let you know! Cleanliness is on everyone's minds and we would like to reassure our customers that all restaurant surfaces used in the preparation of the food is cleaned and sanitized several times a day.
