This one didn’t quite make make it. One of my father’s photos. Not sure of incident particulars, other than it was a RCAF C47. I would guess a landing nose over off airport. Taken by my father Cpl Ed Penley, an ATA, posted in Ft Nelson at the time I the late ‘40s . If anyone is familiar with the incident and would share particulars, that would be appreciated.
