We're so lucky to have such a treasure trove of local farms that offer so much amazing produce and meat right at our doorstep. There's Thorganic Farms, Sheldon Creek Dairy and Wider Sky Farms to name a few! Be sure to support these families by buying local as often as you can. We're making a Thai Red Curry with organic russet potatoes from Wider Sky Farms and chicken thighs from Thorganic Farms tonight.

I've never actually made my own jerky but what a unique gift for the meat-lover in your life!
