Who this is for: For any woman looking to relax, release energy blocks and explore the power of yoga, breathwork and meditation for self care! I've been becoming more aware of all the ways I hold myself back. I've been starting to notice the ways I reinforce my disbelief more than I reinforce my belief. Maybe you're like me and you've been around people who subtly and subconsciously encourage you not to believe.... They encourage you not to believe in yourself.
