Back in the days when gyms were open! This is what healthy and fit looks like! It didn’t always look like this for me. Back in the days, I was lazy, ate French fries as a snack, ice cream on a regular basis, salami sandwiches....you get what im saying, and you know what? I felt horrible!!!! I was sluggish, didnt like to go shopping, was self conscious.... all those negative feelings.... for what? So I could stuff my face with junk thinking I really enjoyed it? Well, the truth... is, I did enjoy it, in that moment! But the minute I was done eating, the ‘gross’ feeling took over. You see, the problem for me, wasn’t that I ate something unhealthy, the problem was I was eating unhealthy on a daily basis. Then one day, 28 years ago, I decided to go on a journey to improving my health. It started with making better food choices on a daily basis to adding in exercise. I would walk 30-40 minutes everyday. And today, I am still on that journey! Just because it’s covid, it doesn’t mean you can’t take care of yourself. Yes, life has its challenges that’s for sure, but when you are fit, and healthy and eating well, you can honestly tackle issues when you feel better about yourself. Trust me, im living proof of that! All this to say, I’m here to help, guide and coach you on this lifestyle change. I see all my clients virtually. I make out meal plans with you and I focus on changing the way you talk to yourself when faced with temptations.
