[July 31, 2018] Dad and I had a spectacular sabbath. We stayed in British Columbia for the next 3 days. We spoke in a ward in the morning and then we spent the day driving around getting to know the area and visiting with our missionaries. BC is on the outer part of our mission. Here are some pics of places we drove through. We got home after midnight and were totally smashed but grateful for a wonderful day. The weather was beautiful and the views were spectacular and of c...ourse the best part was spending time with our missionaries. We will be meeting with all of them today for interviews. Dad is contemplating sending more missionaries into the area even though it is remote. Dad said it looks like Queenstown. Funny story, we took a wrong turn and ended up at the ferry to get us to where we wanted to go. In retrospect the wrong turn ended up being the right way haha!!! We caught the ferry from Kootenay Bay to Balfour. Once we got to Balfour we visited Nelson which looks like our Nelson on the South Island, down to Castlegar where our missionaries live, down to Trail, Creston and finally Cranbrooke where we were to be staying. We have members and chapels in each of those areas. Having a wonderful time and loving the work.
[July 23,2018] We had a wonderful day on the Siksika Reserve branch. It is only a small branch but has a beautiful spirit. We are having a great time getting to know our missionaries. They are so good and hard working.
What a beautiful time we have had in the MTC. I do not think we will ever have such an experience as this again. To be with the First Presidency every morning and the 12 every day all day and then to dine with them. Words cannot express how blessed and privileged and spoilt we have been. [June 28, 2018]
A very emotional and tearful reunion with our beautiful niece Sis Rosharn Keung. We leave the MTC on the same day. We will see her again tomorrow at the MTC devotional with Elder Quentin C. Cook. Love you Sis Keung. Xxx
