Starting My Work Day at 5 am is (perhaps) the best decision I’ve made This Year. By 6:00 am I hit the gym with my coach to workout and clear my mind. What are you doing at 6:00 am? In the past I would still be sleeping at 6:00 am and I would start my day at 7:00 am. After hitting the snooze alarm once, I would wake up a second time in a panic rushing around to get the children up, make breakfast as well as hurrying to drive them off to school, then race to a job I did not enj...oy. While I was at work my emotions were of panic, stress and always feeling that there was never enough time to get things done. How many of you can relate to this? By getting up earlier, I’m able to get my workout out of the way, be home on time to server the family breakfast and start me day with confidence getting so much more accomplished with a more clearer mind and focussed mind. Perhaps this is why they say that the early bird gets the first worm. Share with me, what you are doing at 6:00 am and is it working for you to help move your career and life forward?
