My advice to you is to try your best on this new emotional journey, to let go of your patterns of the past, you will continue to have the same emotional outcome to a situation if you keep failing to learn for your past mistakes. Been so busy lately I really wanted to take the time to appreciate the New moon tonight. So I thought I could come out and try some meditation.

Moonstone: Let your mind be open this week, allow for knowledge of all types and sources enter you without judgment and overthinking just listen and FEEL. Feel with your intuition/your inner child the things that you surround yourself with in your daily life, are these things that make YOU happy? Do they bring you joy or are they things social media implied you should have or someone told you, you it needed. As important as it is for you to join in the things those around you are doing it is just as important to stay true to who you are and the things that make YOU happy. Also never allow someone else's gifts to make you doubt your own we are all powerful in our own ways you just need to believe in your own power to make it truly shine.

Sunstone: A week of choices. You have been thinking, a lot, there seems to be some decisions that need to be made and you are sure which way to go and this may start to take a toll on your mental health if your don’t make a choice soon. You need time to rest and relax clear your mind and find a little piece of quiet before you can begin to find the answers your looing for to point you in your right direction. Now it is important that your consult your emotions on this decision but don’t allow them over rule what your intuition may be telling you, that little voice or pull in one direction could be your key to unlocking a new spark from within that will allow your to shine and stand tall.
