Witnessed a lot of magic this weekend hosting the first ever Waasinod Mshkiki Gaamik virtual spirit leadership retreat based out of Cedar Cabin. We welcomed 12 people from across Ontario to join us as we explored Aanishnaabe teachings, kundalini yoga and meditation practices and collective art making to look at our spirit injuries and how we can find our way back to ourselves in these challenging times. The weather was unbelievably beautiful, the woodstove was cozy, we n...ourished each other with good food and good conversation, and we were in circle with some beautiful souls. And to top it all off the election moved the world back toward hope and love. What more could we ask for?
