Out showing condos today,trying to be a responsible virus avoiding person, trying not to shake hands, trying not to touch my face......of course when I try not to touch your face.......all I want to do is to scratch, itch.....so when I get home later this afternoon, I am going to wash my hands, and ohhhhhh....scratch and itch to my heart content LOL

When I came *back* into real estate (late 2015) it took me about a year to get back up to speed, but now I do not work, I go out and meet great people and I help them get what they want. I only *work* with people I like. I do not call this work, because I love it. Sometimes my calendar is very, very full, and sometimes I go to the gym and walk the dogs more, both are fine with me. I try to live in the moment so when my calendar is packed I have to remind myself one step at a time. In my life I have worked at the BEST companies Darrell Kent Real Estate, Sherlock Homes Real Estate, Sitraka Software, uptime software and now Property.ca I have been really lucky to fall into the right places.

I have been rather quiet on the social media front, and have been pondering what to write about. The last few years in real estate have been so much fun, I meet great people with interesting jobs. One past client came to Canada to create an education institute to inspire young people, one gentleman is building a quantum computer, I just love my clients....all of them...whether they are renting or buying it does not really matter to me. I don't need to work, I love to work. My... amazing, fantastic wife (Lucia Georgescu) is now a licensed realtor and we work together. Lucia is so good, she really understands what is required, and how to get things done. She came to Canada 25 years ago, with a few thousand dollars and bought her first house and together we have bought and sold 8 houses. The secret to life is to love the moment you are in. Whether that is on the subway, or waiting in line at the grocery store. I do think this is why I am good at what I do, whoever the client in front of me is, is where my focus and attention is. However right now I am not living in the present but rather focusing on my holiday coming up in less than a month....sigh...I guess I can gaze at these photos...in the moment
