Spent a couple days stripping out over 40 yards of old tired lawn and bringing in 40 Tons of clear crush for the beginnings of a low maintenance rock landscape. No more weeding, watering or mowing.

The home owners had their water main replaced and their driveway took a beating so it was time to clean it up, expand it and lay down some new roadbase. This job took one day and I brought in 20 Tons of roadbase.

The old 17D has been a great machine but its time to upgrade and the new 17G is all ready to be put into service!

Drop spreading a few yards of clear crush to make a dry spot for seasoning firewood, much easier than piling wood on pallets.

Day and a half job decommissioning an old septic tank and hooking up to city sewer, hauling away soil, and bringing in Roadbase.

Clearing out a blackberry patch getting ready to put in some extra parking.

Couple days clearing out and loading into bins a couple acres of scotch broom and black berry from an old community septic field.

Just a quick water main replacement, nothing too exciting but sometimes it just needs to be done.

This house needed pylons installed to fix uneven settling. I was called in to level the basement to help get ready to pour a new slab.

Cleaning up an existing gravel driveway and fixing up some street parking.

Clearing out black berries from a Strata septic field. This was a 2 day job, stage one was the summer of 2017 and was to locate 3 Septic tanks and expose components of the leach field in a very thick black berry patch. Day 2 was in Feb 2018, it was determined by the septic company that the field should be cleared and lines located for a line blow out service. total area is about 500 long and 80 - 100 wide.

1st day of digging backyard and already myself and the excavator operator can see problems with the pipes. It appears there are problems due to the incompetence... of the company who installed it (now gone). With any luck, one more day and this operation is done. I have been using Keiths services on a new project Im working on. It all started with 4 stumps that needed to be removed, and then grew to: Breaking out conc...rete slabs and old foundation walls, hauling away rubble, excavating new footings, trenching for a new water line, backfilling, prepping base for new retaining wall, and bringing aggregate as needed. Still need him for the duration and clean up of the project (he might as well live on site). Total peace of mind that hes always reliable and great to work with! See more

Refinished a driveway that had pretty deep ruts causing lower cars to scrape on the center. This is a thin layer of gravel that will be thickened up in a few weeks after the home owners complete the majority of their yard work.

He dug a 30ft trench for conduit, graded... a section of our driveway and then delivered and graded 3 yards of road-base, he moved a large 12x16 shed, dug 6 holes for trees and back filled a large hole. Keith did 2 days of work at my place. He got the job done as we requested and under budget which is unheard of these days. Great fella that takes pride in his w...ork.
