Happy Monday! I wanted to share fun fact about me. I still have two baby teeth lol I think it’s super weird and I haven’t met anyone (besides my dad) that still has baby teeth as an adult. It’s hereditary I heard Anyways, my one baby tooth is currently infected. I’ve had a ton of pain for the last 4-5 days and haven’t been able to do much. My mouth and jaw hurt which I am assuming it’s causing my migraines?! The only thing to do is get it pulled Then I will get an imp...lant Does anyone else still have baby teeth like me?! Or is it just me lol @madizen_yoga

Today I think I went through every single emotion possible before noon. It was so draining. I forced myself to get out of bed, grabbed my mat and headed outside. Nothing makes me feel more grounded than being outside and being on my mat. I’m feeling much better now I hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday
