Ceramics Pinch Pot Creatures -2 hours 30 minutes @ CA$35.99 Bring a creature from your imagination into reality in this 2-session ceramics class! In the first session students will create their creature forms using pinch pot and slab-rolling techniques which will then be bisque fired in our in-studio kiln. Students will return in the second session to decorate their creatures with colored under-glazes and clear overgraze which will be fired once more. Students projects will be available for pick up 2 days after the second session. After School Class Special- Show up at 2:45pm for free drawing each of the days... class starts at 3:00pm September 14, 2020 3:00pm- 4:15pm September 16, 2020 3:00pm- 4:15pm

Friday Night Paint Night "The Whale and the Nebula" 2 hours @ CA$39.95 Join our paint night and walk away with a masterpiece to hang in your own home! This paint night will utilize brush and sponge painting techniques, layering colors to create an original acrylic painting modeled after studio artist Audrey Smiths painting "The Whale and the Nebula." We encourage you to bring your own drinks and snacks whilst being mindful of COVID-19 safety protocol. It is with a very heavy yet grateful heart that I announce that I am leaving this little art studio. In my wildest dreams, I could not have imagined the joy and laughter Milly and I got to be a part of in making beautiful art and memories these last three years. From pianos to slime to great interpretations of the most famous works of art in history, it has been a life-changing experience. There is no doubt that Milly and I will miss seeing your smiles and masterpieces ev...eryday. But I could not be leaving the art studio without knowing it is in the best hands possible. Every team member is passionate about art AND making a positive difference in peoples lives. There is a space for every age and ability. Our art programming will encompass a variety of mediums and teachers. And our artist-to-artist services will ensure local artists can get their work to market by eliminating barriers while creating opportunity. So while it is the end of one chapter for Milly and I, it is the beginning of another. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms Comox Valley. We created this space TOGETHER.

Adult and Teen Art classes and Paint nights-- coming soon! We have had inquiries about classes and want to let you know that we are currently working on a calendar for these classes to start up late July, please keep your eyes peeled for details. We will have weekly watercolour and acrylic classes on weekdays starting at 5. These will be held as a series of 5 classes but can also be attended as individual drop-in.... (some classes may be held outdoors weather providing) We will also be hosting paint nights! These classes will all be in-person events, however, if we receive enough requests for virtual events we will add those in as well. Thank you for your interest in our classes!! We are SO excited about how busy we have been with the summer camps and requests for classes and deeply appreciate all of your support:) Hooray for ART and Creativity!
