The greatest barrier holding us back is not fear but armour. When we feel afraid, anxious or uncertain, we throw up a wall or a shield of amour. What is it that we so afraid of loosing? ... What is so so precious ,that we are willing to protect it with shield of armour? What is this great treasure? I’m sure most of us would agree it is our heart. Our is everything. It gives us the ability to love and to be loved. To be vulnerable and to be compassionate. What would it feel like to have an open heart without fear? To not be so exhausted and anxious about who we are at our core. We are not perfect and we are not meant to be. We can be messy, and exhausted. And yes, we can all be open to having our heart be hurt and broken, but.... what if we lead with an open liberated heart? What is possible from this place of being at ease, this place of just being. To have vulnerable courage to be free to love and to be loved. Instead of protecting and hiding our heart behind a cement wall let’s be open and at ease. This doesn’t mean that everyone gets the gift of our vulnerable heart, it means we live our life with a sense of calm and curiosity. It took me a long time to remember and embrace all of the amazing parts of me that made me whole. Forgetting that I am a good person, a good mother a smart business woman, a good friend had slowly disappeared. Living in a state of survival caused me forget who I truly was at my core. Finally, after working on myself, finding my voice and living on purpose, I realized.... that I was the whole package that ended up at wrong address.
