Yesterday’s photos of people waiting patiently in lineups at pop-up rapid testing centres show our determination to #BeatCOVID19. This is who we are. ... Please get tested regularly and follow public health guidelines. Wash your hands. Wear a mask. Keep your bubble small (5 people maximum). And stay the blazes home! Here’s an updated list of rapid testing pop-up sites for asymptomatic residents: Sunday, April 25 East Dartmouth Community Centre 50 Caledonia Rd., Dartmouth - 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Halifax Convention Centre (Argyle St. entrance), 1650 Argyle St., Halifax - from noon to 7 p.m. Alderney Gate Public Library, 60 Alderney Dr., Dartmouth - from noon to 7 p.m. Thank you to everyone who is getting tested, all those helping at the testing sites, the health professionals vaccinating us, those getting their vaccines, and those co-ordinating the efforts to beat this virus.

Due to the high turnout in recent days for asymptomatic testing, there will be three rapid testing sites available in the Halifax area today. Premier Iain Rankin and Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Robert Strang have asked people to get tested if they’ve been out and about even if they have no symptoms. Thank you to everybody who has come out to get tested and to the fantastic staff and volunteers who are working at these sites. Thank you for looking out for each other!
The Saturday rapid asymptomatic testing sites have changed. You can check out the changes here: https://www.nshealth.ca/asymptomatic-covid-19-testing Or the info is here on this snapshot:
