With the number of Covid cases dropping I am really hoping that Fridays announcement will be that we can open again (we fall under level 4 this time). Therefore we have been working hard to try to get appointments made for everyone. If you have a specific time or date that you need then I would like for you to text me or call the salon and leave it on the answering machine. *Please do not comment/message our page for an appointment as I do not always see it* Don’t panic if ...we don’t get back to you right away, we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible! To begin, the tentative datesare as follows: Tuesday March 16th - Saturday March 20th - Tuesday March 23rd - Saturday March 27th - Tuesday March 29th - Thursday April 1st - Tuesday April 6th - Saturday April 10th - When we confirm your appointment you will be sent a text giving you instructions on what to do when you arrive at the salon. In accordance with tonight’s public health measures we will be closing, effective immediately, until it is safe to open again. Any clients that have upcoming appointments, we will be in touch when we know more about when we can reopen again. In the meantime, stay safe!!

We’ve had some clients inquiring as to whether we will be staying open or not after today’s COVID-19 update - the restrictions released today are for St. John’s Metro. So as of now we will be remaining open, if anything changes we will be sure to let everyone know. Please make yourself familiar with our Health and Safety protocols below and remember if you are experiencing any flu symptoms please reach out to reschedule your appointment. Below are the Heath & Safety Protocols that will be in place as per the released government guidelines:... Prior to arrival: - Ensure you are not experiencing any flu like symptoms; if you are, please refrain from entering and call us so that we can reschedule. - Please arrive to your appointment on time and wait in your vehicle. We will call you when we are ready for you to enter. - Unfortunately, you will be unable to have anyone accompany you during your appointments at this time; please come alone. Upon entering the salon: - Please arrive wearing a mask; your mask must remain on for the duration of your appointment. - Please wash/sanitize your hands and personal belongings as soon as you enter. - Always practice social distancing (2m apart). - Use cough/sneeze etiquette at all times. Other: -We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins at this time. - We will not be able to accommodate children’s cuts unless they are comfortable with wearing a mask. - No food/beverages allowed. - Please avoid using cash if possible. This Thursday, December 17th, the staff at Kelly’s will be hosting pajama day while collecting non-perishable food items to donate to the local food bank this h...oliday season. You are more than welcome to join us in wearing your pjs to the salon during your appointment that day. If you don’t have an appointment and would still like to donate, we will have a box out on our doorstep where you can drop off your non-perishables! Thank you

Kelly will not be in the salon for the remainder of this week due to the passing of her beautiful grandmother. Diana will be reaching out to change appointments and checking messages to accommodate everyone for next week. Thank you for your understanding

We are in the preparing stages to get ready for the long awaited and hopeful opening on June 9th! Please keep checking back for updates on a plan on how things are going to run once we open. We know that you’ve all been patiently waiting for this day and we have been too. Even though things won’t be back to normal for a while yet - we look forward to seeing you!

To all my clients; in regards to the announcement yesterday we fall under alert level 3. If all goes well we will hopefully open at some point in June! Let’s all do our part and keep our physical distancing measures in place as much as possible so we can get to alert level 3 as planned. Once we do open we will be sure to have our own physical distancing measures in place. Stay safe and we hope to see you soon!!

Attention Clients We have decided to shut our doors to ensure safety of our staff and community. New regulations have been put in place such as 6 feet apart and no more than 10 people in one place to prevent the spread of this virus. We tried to reach all clients and apologize to those we could not reach. We will call all clients upon our return to work. We thank you all for your patience and understanding. To our valued clients: Due to the ongoing concern of COVID-19, we ask that if you have been travelling outside of the province in the last 14 days, have come in contact with someone who has travelled outside of the province in the last 14 days or are experiencing flu-like symptoms please call to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you not enter the salon for at least 14 days. We want to do everything we can to cut down on the spread of germs so please wash your hands upon arrival to the salon.
