Well. The next thing i brought into my crazy world was Real. Estate!! Yes!! I became a Realtor!! I was starting to get up there in age. The equipment style of life is a tough one and suited better for younger guys. My boys were looking after all the hard work now. So i thought i should look into something more suitible for my older age!! So i went to school and took the Real estate courses and got my. Realtor license! I liked the realestate business, it was busy. And i could manage it along with all my other stuff on the go!! I also partnered up with another realtor lady. So she would do the computor and paper work which i didnt like to do!! Then as if that wasnt enough. We both took the insurance and life insurance courses and joined into the. Primerica Group! Things were again real hectic and exciting!!

The. Environmental company got of to a good start. Hired a couple guys and got both trucks to work! Things were going steady at the subdivision also! Yup. We were rollin again! After about a year of this the environmental business got the chance to expand. We picked up a contract to run and manage a vacuum truck dump site for epcor!! I bought two track hoe excavators and two dump trucks , to handle the dump site!! Again my two boys were vital partners in manageing this site!!

Yes. This new pace of life and given me time to rest up a bit. But also got my entreprenurial feeling rageing to get more going! At this point i was the onsite supervisor at the. Harvest Ridge supdivision and takeing care of all the landscapeing and maintenance but still looking for more!! Thats when a buddy that was a consultant for. Imperial oil approached me!! He said they were doing tonnes of reclamation work of old oilwell sites and were haveing a hard time finding small soil sample drill trucks to do phase two drilling for their prodjects!! So. Yes!! You guessed it!! I went out and bought not one. But. Two. Drill trucks!! Started up a new company. ( Drillco Environmental Ltd) and within about a month was off to work!
