Hi everyone! Since December 15th the BC Health Authority lifted the restriction on low-intensity indoor group exercises. Starting Thursday, January 7th, all classes will now be offered live-online and in person. You can decide where you feel most comfortable. All classes are held at the Kelowna Unitarians Church. The Covid-19 capacity there is 34 people. I will restrict it down to 10 people so we have plenty of room for a relaxed and spacious class. You can buy a ticket here... on Facebook.
