Congratulations to my seller! This property although could still use some updates, certainly came a long way. The Seller worked really hard and did a huge clean up, painted throughout, etc. With my help he hired a phenomenal landscaper to clean up the yard which really added to the curb appeal as well as a professional painter that really brightened and freshened up the interior. I competed for this listing and the other Realtor used a bit of a different approach than I did ...and gave an opinion of value, a lot less than I felt it was worth. This place had such great potential and an amazing property! The right buyer came along that also saw the same potential we did and I'm so happy to have been able to deliver for my seller.
