Live Facebook Yoga March 26th 8:15-9:15pm M.S.T. My intention for the flow tonight is to be nurturing and energizing. To cultivate inner balance and restore reserves that have been depleted from stress and overstimulation. The fluid movements lubricate all joints in the body and support increased spinal mobility and range of motion. Level: Strong beginner, intermediate. I will be giving modifications throughout, please be mindful of your current state and adapt accordingly. ... Practice safely based on what feels right in your body. I’m not there to correct alignment, so use best judgement when following along and adapt poses as needed. Practice at your own risk. Equipment you may need, but not required: mat, block, pillow, blanket, strap, etc.
Yoga tonight (March 19th) at 8:15pm-9:15pm live. (Kelsey style blend of fitness + yoga = not for everyone) It goes without saying that the entire world is currently treading in unchartered waters. The COVID-19 crisis is something that hit us by storm. What we know and understand is developing and changing every day. Tonight we will be practising an earth sequencing; with the goal of grounding, internally reflecting, and creating an online community to keep us balanced ...and in motion. Tonight’s practice is geared towards my weekly long-term clients, that have good body awareness and alignment that has evolved over the years. However, I am opening it up publicly so that others can benefit during this time of self isolation and cultivate a home practice. I ask that you keep in mind your personal limitations due to injuries and level of experience and practice in a safe manner. Take breaks when needed, at no point should your joints hurt (especially your knees), if that is your case come out of the pose and modify as needed. -Kelsey

Due to the ‘new normal’ recommendations of social distancing I’m now going to be offering yoga classes through Facebook live. First one is tonight (Thursday, March 19th) from 8:15-9:15pm. Class level: strong beginner/intermediate Tonight the sequencing will be around grounding, so expect deep hip opening, lots of deep squats, slightly slower pace, and feeling rooted to the earth.... *Listen to your body and participate at your own risk. I will be offering modifications; however, you know the current state of your body better than anyone and if a pose doesn’t feel right, simply don’t do it.
