I came across this post last night and this is something I struggle with for sure . Being a hair stylist for over 12 years the amount of experience I have under my belt , the time and money spent on training to make sure I keep up with the treads is wild . Not to mention the money I have spent on my tools to make sure I have the best quality tools to give the best quality hair cuts . Would I change it ? No! Because I love my job I wouldn’t change it for the . In the past wh...en I have changed my prices I’ve had anxiety about losing clients or people saying something about the price and because I love all my clients I wouldn’t want to lose any of them. With saying that , 2021 for me is going to be working on self love , self care and knowing my worth . Although I am very excited for my teammates to get back to work I am also a little bummed I won’t be there! Many of you know I was pregnant when we closed down nearing my due date and well Ophelia came feb 2! I am thinking I will be back to work beginning of April to mid April . Playing things by ear and listening to my body as to when I feel ready . Feel free to contact the urban lounge to book your appointment with any of the girls there . I miss you all and can’t wait to be behind the chair again , until then I am enjoying all the baby snuggles

Well as most of you have heard the news we won’t be back to work until February 11th. Which also happens to be my due date so you guessed it I won’t be taking clients ! I’m very sad that I won’t be able to see all my favourite clients one last time before I go for mat leave but the girls at the salon will take good care of you until I am back mid April early May! Until then if anyone is looking for a colour kit or a toner please send me a message on Facebook or threw text and I can whip one up for you! Again I wanted to take the time to thank all my lovely clients who have supported me threw 2 lock downs and a pregnancy! Can’t wait to see you all in the spring .

Wow what a week! Thanks to all my amazing clients who showed all the love and support to me this week and over the past year! I can’t get over the support you all have showed me ! I will be taking tomorrow off from social media to sleep in and spend time with my husband and Boxing Day I will be calling my remaining clients to reschule durn the lock down . Ok everyone welcome the new stylist Winston ! He’s taking over my clients today . Pay him in treats and he will be happy .

I’m sure most of you heard by now we will be closed as of Boxing for the following 28 days . I am slowly making my way threw my schedule to rebook my January clients . Unfortunately as this was my last month of work before I go on mat leave I may not be able to get everyone rebooked .
