Happy Friday everyone! I hope you're all enjoying your Summer!

A sneak peek from our destination shoot up Red Mountain in the Kootenays! It was an absolutely gorgeous evening, and we even walked away with a bucket full of Huckleberries afterwards!

Well we're back from vacation and feeling refreshed and recharged! Good thing too! School is starting up in no time! We ran off to the woods, where I had I best friend session. Then we did some hiking for a romantic mountain-top couples session! I can't wait to share some of the images, but while you wait, here is a new image I have available called 'Fairy Clover'!

Woo-hoo! Canon Canada has featured one of my portraits, and I am so excited about it! I am definitely feeling the love!

I had such a great time the other day, capturing this wonderful family's photos! We were lucky enough to avoid both the heat and the rain, and caught the perfect moment to get out there!

Congratulations !! Graduation is a milestone that marks the end of one era, and the beginning of another. It's the point where academic lessons shift into life lessons, and a whole world of possibilities open up. The future is bright, and I wish nothing but the best for you!

Before long, we will see the snow melt away and more posts will follow. Winter has been a nice time to spend with my family, and I'm getting ready to bring the camera back out for those fresh Spring photos! *What type of shoot would everyone be curious to see? The colors of Autumn make for some pretty great backdrops! We had perfect timing photographing back to school photos for little Miss H and Mr. L! The rain was just starting as we finished up, and we got to walk away with some awesome shots <3 They grow up so quick! Loni Horsley

A couple weeks ago we found a really cool old car sitting in a field of wildflowers, and I couldn't help but pull out my camera! We got up close and found a bird's nest nestled in the window shade by the roof, such a cool find! So we took our photos, kept our distance, and let the life that has taken over be in peace.
