Summer is fast approaching - are you ready? Kelsey's Caravan is owned and operated by me, Kelsey Baldwin. Every Adventure you book is guided by yours truly, and I am proud to say that this Adventure business is making its way into its third season. I can't wait to hit the water this year with anyone and everyone who wants to explore! Rafting Adventures are such a unique and exciting way to take in our gorgeous province. Kelsey's Caravan specializes in small, private ...trips, making it the best outing for friends, couples, and families. Or, just a girls day out Running a company in the outdoor tourism industry already comes with a certain set of challenges and expectations, but being a woman in this field? Well. I wouldn't have gotten this far if I wasn't surrounded by excellent examples of success and inspiration. Yes, I am a very determined, strong willed, and enthusiastic person. My own tenacity absolutely helped, and I'm not ashamed to pat myself on the back for simply putting in the work and time. But if it weren't for all the other rad ladies in my life, there's no way I would be where I am today. So here's to all the women, making our way through this world, trying our damndest to do what we love and share some happiness along the way. Hey! HEY! Can you help keep my home clean? It's Earth Day, so listen up! It's warming up and getting busier out there. If you're able to and comfortable doing so, I encourage everyone who can to pack a few items to keep in your car at all times and help pick up a bit of garbage before, during, and after every every outing. We saw record numbers in the outdoors last year, and it looks like it will trend that way again.... Record numbers also meant record garbage. A few key items are: -box of small garbage bags -sturdy garden gloves (or similar) -disposable gloves -dog poop bags I know it's not very appealing, but if all of us took a few minutes out of every adventure to walk the trail head/parking lot, or pick up debris when we see it on our Adventuresl, it would truly make a big impact.

My best friend is more than just a pretty face Do you have a partner in crime? A pet who goes on all the Adventures with you? Gypsy here is 7 years young, and has been an Adventure dog since the start. There isn't much she cant do, from rafting, to canoeing, to camping and hiking and biking - she does it all. I have yet to see if she's a climber though ...

The newest collaboration has been unveiled! This project has been a long time comin' Cochrane, and we are so pumped to share it with you. Now, you will be able to book an hour long Trip right in the heart of town throughout the Summer season. These Trips are a perfect way to get some fun, family friendly local adventuring in to your day! It's a perfect way to 'test the waters', if you will ;) If you want more time on the river while still adventuring close to home, and wa...nt more of an adrenaline rush and scenery, you can book a 3.5 hour River SUP Adventure through www.kelseyscaravan.com/booknow . I know, there's a TON of petitions out there. This one pertains to the Grassy Mountain Coal Mine project, that needs to be shut down immediately. Compromising our pristine watersheds is not up for debate. All leases are in what used to be category 2 and category 3 lands under the 1976 Coal Policy, but that policy was rescinded by the UCP government this past June.
