This position is made up of both serving and shift supervisor shifts. As a Shift Supervisor, your number one focus will be to manage the guest experience in the restaurant daily. In addition, your job duties will include; Opening/closing procedures Cash handling and paperwork Managing a shift Training Other responsibilities as assigned by management Skills & Requirements; Exceptional customer service Strong leadership skills Minimum one-year restaurant serving experience Minimum one-year restaurant shift supervisor experience Open availability; including holiday’s, weekends, and opening/mid/closing shifts If you are a hard-working and reliable person with related experience in a similar restaurant, then you are exactly who we are looking for!
