The holidays for me have always been about tradition. Trekking out into the woods and finding our own tree has always been one of my favourites. The grumbling of some participants, the comparison of one beautiful tea.. ahem tree... to another, and never settling for a less than ‘perfect’ option! Today we did just that, and of course I had a newer tradition with me. Cinnamon Hearts Pu’erh Tea and Fireball, cause freezing winds seem to not feel as bad when you are sipping on this! Luckily this beauty only took us about 10 minutes to find! What is a holiday tradition that you have had since you were a child and love?

These are my people. They trusted me to do my best almost two years ago when I left my tradition career path and began sharing tea, and the entrepreneurial path with others. They continue to trust me with their love and support through this amazing journey. The huge wins, the dark lows and the full life in between. I feel myself shifting, growing comfortable in my own skin, and excited for my business in 2020, and they continue to share their time and joy with me.... I am forever grateful for these three souls and the light they bring into my day. Who is your biggest light??

Anyone else struggle with the expectations around diets, exercise, and fitness at this time of year? I totally do, but instead of just putting my head in the sand until this all blows over in February, I typically do things my own way. And this year I thought that I would share in the fun. I have a fun 2 week challenge going on that starts on Monday. We are going to talk about Meditation, Mindfulness, Movement and MATCHA for 2 weeks. My hope is that this gets you thin...king about more than just your daily workout, that new diet you are dreading and allows well being to become enjoyable, and fun, with no pressure, other than the intentions you set for yourself. Pre ski smiles! Unfortunately my phone died to no post ski photo! Boooo! I can tell you I was covered in way more snow after 2 pretty spectacular bails! Thankful that @tanyaninaus can laugh them off with me! Perfect day for a XC! ... Tea of course once we got back into the truck! And matcha fueled me through!!
