Happy Sunday! For some I know it must feel like their 8th Sunday in a row! My family and I just returned home from Cuba today and are now in a 2 week isolation (well worth it went weirdly seamlessly ).. So I have moved all my customers booked for these next two weeks to the week of April 6th with still a couple more openings for Thursday the 9th! ... January marks @kateshugg and Is little juicing anniversary. Its crazy to think this little babe was brought to fruition ..pun totally intended.. 4 effing years ago. We were just a couple of mommas trying to have some fun making a little income, all while helping people in our community get access to fresh fruits and veggies.. Ohhh the early days... into the night researching, testing out recipes, packaging, labels.. never quite getting it right but still petering on. Kat...e the creative. Me, Emmy the perfectionist. How we did it, I still dont know hahah so many hours together. Although its just me now. I still think of KEM as a co parented little seed that couldnt have been nurtured without us both.
