Happy New Year! Reminder for the next 3 weeks we are online only. https://youtu.be/mmmjDhL6mFg
Trust you are enjoying this Christmas season. Today's service will not be available until 11:30.am this morning. Here is the link https://youtu.be/KmbESz_sr40 Remember the next 3 Sundays will be online only.... Trust & Pray you enjoy a blessed New Years Pastor Steve
We would like to take a moment to wish you a very Merry Christmas. During this season, we will be celebrating Hope, Peace, Love and Joy; I pray that all four of these would fill your life in every way this Christmas and beyond. I am grateful to God. This Christmas, as in all previous years, we celebrate Immanuel (God with us). Without Christ’s presence among us we would be lost. Through God’s presence working within us we are being healed, transformed, reconciled and made whole. Merry Christmas to you and God bless you and your family with peace and joy for the year to come.
The first Christmas was full of surprises... But God was not surprised. This Christmas is turning out to be full of surprises & some disappointments... But God is not surprised. Several of our church families have been impacted by Covid and are in isolation. Out of caution and concern for everyone's health we are canceling our In Person services Christmas Eve and Sunday December 26. We are pivoting to do a shorter, meaningful Christmas Eve Service of Christmas carols, scrip...ture readings and a devotion that will be available on YouTube after 4 pm. Sunday, Dec. 26th's online service will be on YouTube beginning at 10 am. (The YouTube links for both services will be posted here and emailed) We pray that you will enjoy a safe and blessed Christmas and be a blessing of hope to others. To those not feeling well for whatever reason, we pray you will have a full and quick recovery. Remember the prayer chain is available for you to share your request and have others pray and agree with you. Pastor Steve and KPC Board Father, I pray that you will turn our hearts toward you as Christmas approaches. Let us not get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season this year and miss the chance to celebrate the gifts of hope, peace, joy, and love, that you sent to us on that first Christmas. That first Christmas, you gave us the gift of hope wrapped in swaddling clothes and laid in a manger. Thank you, Father, for your immeasurable gift. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
Note: We continued to be concerned about the present Covid situation and everyone's safety. For all in person-services, we are reminding & asking that all in attendance would properly wear a face mask covering their nose, mouth, and chin. For the very few who can not for medical reasons wear a facemask... we are expecting you to wear a mask to and from your seat and then a face shield during service. While a face shield is not a substitute for a mask, it might be worn by so...meone who is unable to wear a mask due to breathing or cognitive difficulties that make them unable to wear a mask, as it would be better than wearing nothing. Please also be extra careful before and after service to maintain a 2-meter social distancing. We also ask that everyone leave the building once service is dismissed as not to linger in the lobby to be safer during these times. Thank you so much! Pastor Steve & the Board Here is a video from Leeds & Grenville it's very well done and explains why face masks actually make a difference. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Tp0zB904Mc

Candle of Joy for Advent - Week 3 Otherwise known as the Shepherd Candle, this third candle of Advent reflects the joy that comes through Jesus’ arrival, and through the salvation he has gifted us. For this week, we’ll cover the third candle known as the candle of joy. Instead of the previous two weeks of purple or violet candles, this week the color of the candle will be different: it’s pink. As a reminder, three candles are purple, one is pink, and the one in the center is ...Continue reading
