I promised my self that as soon as school slowed down for a bit I would be testing recipes again! With my allergies (anaphylactic towards wheat, oats, and corn) I have been eating but not the way I want to! I am excited to see where this takes me!!!!!

So I am moving rooms in my house so that my creativity is moving better! And I realized that I have a lot of chips. The are just odd shaped pieces and I was going to make something out of them but I never did. So today is play day! Do you know what the difference is between the one on the left and two on the right? Left = no play. Right = play! What I have realized is that I have a very logical response to things and I am moving away from that. I love what my Universe is pushing at me, but if I have to always be in control (perfect number of beads equally distributed in order) I loose out! I am excited for this adventure and cannot wait to see what happens

I am so excited for these! So a little backstory - a group of friends and I have adopted 3 seniors for Christmas. We have been blessed to keep our adoptions in @cityofairdrie so I am excited! One of the ideas I had was to build something different for the windows of our seniors so they had something pretty to look at! What I have come up with is these beautiful strands of sparkle. With this in mind I am actually building more (not sure how many) and will be gifting them into our community for those who are isolated to bring some beauty into their lives. I tested the strands that I have - they make rainbows .

Essential oil hack of the day! Lavender, lemon, and peppermint - a drop of each in one hand, rub hands together and breathe deeply. Each time you breathe out, take your hands away from your face. Each breath in brings an opening, cleansing and calming breath. I do this - before school to focus my intentions, before writing to clear my mind, and before meetings at school/work so I do not bring the frustration of the outside into the meeting.
