Two years and counting.. Michael Curts has been doing some design work and drafting for over a year and will be attending Durham in the fall to attend their Mechanical Technician - Elevating Devices. Jim Palmer, a recently retired TSSA inspector, has graciously offered us some of his free time to share is extensive knowledge of the ski industry and help serve that industry more effectively.... During the early stages of COVID there was much trepidation. The elevator companies were navigating a far greater challenge as an essential service provider with numerous field staff. After a few eerily quiet weeks, the work returned and fingers crossed it will continue. I am grateful to everyone that has provided us with work this year and I look forward to another successful year.

Completely shocked and saddened to read about the sudden passing of Rick Sokoloff, President of Quality Allied Elevator. I send my condolences to his family and the entire QAE family. I am so sorry for your loss.

Ski Lift Advisory Council The 2014 edition of Z98 is now officially adopted, and 2019 has been published. TSSA is also seeking feedback from their stakeholders with respect to proposed changes to their fee structure.... As one of your representatives, please let me know via PM if you have any concerns or questions you would like presented at the March 2020 meeting.
