What does your day look like? 7:30 am- wake up take the pup out for a pee, feed him and let him nap 8 am- coffee and breakfast 8:30 am-11:30 am- GET AS MUCH WORK DONE before the dog wakes up! ... 11:30am- go for a meditative walk in the woods and eat lunch 12:30pm- work my butt off the rest of the day! Which include building my program, training my youth and women’s teams on zoom AND build a female soccer program AAANNNDD squeeze a workout in!
