The situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop and is having a significant impact on our customers and our communities. At CFM Autopro (formerly Kensington Autopro), I want to reassure you that we are monitoring COVID-19 closely. We want to let you know about the actions we will been taking so that we’re able to continue to provide essential services to our customers, while at the same time reducing risks to our employees and to the public. Automotive r...epair has been classified as an essential service, so we want to assure you that we are OPEN FOR BUSINESS and we are well prepared to continue to provide you with reliable auto service and maintenance during this uncertain time. We know COVID-19 is creating financial hardship for some of our customers, and we’re committed to making sure that even during these uncertain times, you will be able to keep your vehicles serviced and maintained. To assist you with that, WE WILL BE REDUCING OUR LABOUR CHARGES BY 20% for the duration of this health crisis. This will be done automatically on your invoice. Also, to further facilitate the need for socially distancing ourselves, WE WILL BE WAIVING THE FEE FOR OUR HOME PICKUP AND DELIVERY SERVICE, so you can maintain your self isolation while still having your vehicle's servicing needs met. Even though the situation is changing rapidly, we are making plans to balance the serving of your needs with protecting the health and safety of everyone. This will likely mean adjustments as we go forward, although we presently are not sure of what those adjustments will be.
