Yeah, we did it. Introducing our newest Hard Seltzer "Work In Progress Report", part of a new mini-series exploring something other than beer. Version 1.0 is flavoured with natural yuzu and lime and tastes basically like yuzu and lime but super fizzy. This stuff is seriously, dangerously good. We're drinking it all the damn time but trying to remember that we need to actually sell some to keep the lights on. Phase 3! It’s here! Now what? For us the answer is no change yet and we wanted to share with all of you why. If you’ve been to our space at 299 Augusta you’ll know it’s a long, narrow space which can provide some challenges. We’re not at the point yet where we’re happy with a procedure that keeps everyone, staff and customers, safe and distanced. So we’re working on it! We’re looking at our options, evaluating what everyone else is doing, and coming up with a plan. We care a...bout our community and we’re gearing up to make this a safe, positive experience. WE'VE GOT A NEW RELEASE! Sorry for yelling, but this is important. This beer 'Love at First Sight For Sore Eyes' is the first beer we've brewed at our new facility in Vaughan (which if you haven't been yet, come check it out - it's HUGE! Okay, back to the beer). With a new space, equipment, and gizmos there's bound to be challenges and even though this beer is the exact sessionable India Ale that we were going for, countless hours and late nights of trouble shooting went into... it hence the name Sitting at 4.3% and an IBU of 31, we have plans to drink several here soon.
