Testing new lotions over the next little bit. I didn't know what kind I wanted to use, so I ordered 5! So far the "healthy benefits" and "muscle and joint therapeutic" gels are my favourite, but they have a very slight scent. Healthy benefits is a blend with pomegranate and green tea, and the muscle and joint blend has arnica, wintergreen and camphor. The deep tissue lotion is also great, it lacks glide though so flow becomes a challenge but it really helps with the deepe...r treatment. Do you have a preference?

After a wonderful 3 years as part of the Element Therapeutics team, the time has come to venture off and become a solo practitioner. I have been practicing massage for 10 years and have always worked for someone. 2020 was a bizarre year and it provided room for growth even through all of the set backs. So, as of January 2021, I am going solo! I'll be sharing a space with the wonderful Kierra Hautala behind Eleven22, but our businesses will be completely separate. I'll be ...available Saturday evenings, Sunday and Monday all day. If you need treatment outside of those hours I am able to be semi flexible depending on the situation.
