Another throwback to a mysterious and thrilling experience of cooking a Colombian Arepa over a Canadian campfire. It was a 50-50 vote on whether it would work or fail. After a suspenseful 20 mins of slowly cooking it (kind of fell apart) the results were pleasent. A nice smoky flavour with a delightful crunch.
