A Christmas to Remember returns to the City of Charlottetown’s Wintertide Holiday Festival featuring a lineup of some of PEI’s finest entertainers such a Joey K...itson, Catherine O’Brien, Caroline Bernard, Don Fraser, and The Reindeer Express band!
