Good glass is so important for success. I had 2 hours lying on my stomach getting everything perfect waiting for a white tail to emerge from the quarter section of trees. But guess what’s even more important...patience. When the doe arrived finally with 30 mins of shooting light I rushed the shot and missed. Camping this weekend was awesome. Even though it rained all night our second night and we got flooded out of our tent. It was all worth it to see the glorious mountains and bow glazier falls where the headwaters for the bow river originate. Our drinking water comes straight from this mountain.
