My favourite thing about weekends? A home cooked country breakfast! Epicure's Country Skillet Dice 1.5c potatoes... Pan fry for 5 minutes, add 1c water and simmer until water has boiled out. Add 1c diced ham & 3tbsp prepared PoCo Picante Salsa. Fry for 2 minutes. In the meantime, hand whip 6-8 eggs with 1tbsp Cheese, Chives, and Bacon spice. Add egg mixture to the pan, and fry until eggs are cooked through. Add grated cheese if desired. Hubby and baby devoured this! Delicious!

Let's share some dinnertime amazingness! Balsamic Focaccia chicken, steamed 3 Onion potatoes with Garlicy Dill topper, and Epicure Vanilla Bean pudding for dessert. Chicken prep: 5 minutes Chicken cook time: 30 minutes... Potatoes in Steamer: 18 minutes (cooked while the chicken was baking) I started prepping at 4:50pm and we sat down to eat at 5:30.
