Downtown eatery Pluto’s relocating to Quadra-Hillside neighbourhood A mainstay of downtown Victoria’s dining scene will be moving to the former location of Sa...n Remo restaurant on Quadra Street at Hillside Avenue in Quadra Village. Pluto’s, operating from Cook at View streets for over three decades, was forced to seek new digs following an announcement from the property owner that the site would be redeveloped. Pluto’s owner Brun Dahlquist announced the new plans on social media, and says the lease in Quadra Village has been signed.
