If your pet requires medical care and you have recently returned from international travel AND/OR have been in contact with a person with confirmed case of COVID-19 AND/OR are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please call 604-291-8387 and we will guide you from there. 3. We are accepting over-the-phone payments for food and product sales. This is in an attempt to increase social distancing and reduce waiting times. 4. No cash: please refrain from paying in cash for hygienic purposes. 5. When placing food and medicine orders, our suppliers are asking for you to use as much frugality as possible; we have placed limits per person on some stocked items.
