So I have personally being thinking about Keto as of late, and like this post says I want to hack the system. One way I suggest this is know what your body requires, I know Ketosis is a state and an amazing jumping point. Personally I suggest the biggest things we can eliminate are unnatural carbohydrates, as well as sugars! I know fruit will kick you out of Ketosis, but its time to look at sustainability versus weight loss.
