The more interest my items get, the more things I will make and try !! This week at Dolce Verona the Covid restrictions aren’t holding my keto treats hostage! There are lemon squares, date bars, cheesecake (ask for a side of sugar free jam) peanut butter pie, still a few chocolate chip cookies and Carrot Cake (will be out tomorrow ) all of these are sugar and gluten free the date squares are 100% vegan as well! If you are an ovo-vegetarian (egg eating vegan) feel free to have... a lemon square as they contain no other dairy aside from eggs! Come grab a treat and a coffee to go! The difference between me and a random baker making Keto items is that I have extensive experience in cooking as well as baking keto and I am able to actually answer any and all questions you have about ingredients or macros or the benefits of a ketogenic way of eating..
