It's a bittersweet moment posting this. Thank you thank you thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Your love and encouragement got me to this point and now, I can really shine for you all! I have maintained all along that casein is the causative ingredient in my bipolar issues. I have also said I maintain my mental health better and feel like I healed more deeply on a carnivore lifestyle. Nice to have that backed up by science :)

When I tell people that we reversed Felix's prostate cancer and my bipolar with food, I am often greeted by blank stares. it's either they are so incredulous that they don't know what to say or they really don't believe me (usually the latter). When people hear.........we healed with food and self care.......that's not the prescription they asked for. Not everything can be or needs to be fixed with a pill.
