Last nights’ Top Chef Barrie event was an incredible amount of fun, and definitely busy at my booth! I made a decadent hot cocoa using Ecuadorian organic criollo and infused it with a wonderful Argentinian Malbec. The response was beyond excellent. I wasn’t in the actual competition, but quite a few people who sampled my creation asked the organizers where they could cast their vote for me! Such a major compliment and truly a fabulous event. Cheers to Randy Feltis, Ryan Traversy, Liberty North and all the competing restaurants and of course to the event sponsor, Mark Faris and his amazing team
