Kev's Kids Charity Redeye Hockey Tournament

Hey everyone due to postponing the tournament until end of summer Aug 23 weekend., we forgot to call and put these sports memorabilia on hold as well. Instead of sending it all back, let us know in the comments below what you think of setting up an online auction for them with all proceeds going to Kev's Kids (obviously).

Dates are March 30 to April 1 . The OverTime Sports Lounge is sponsoring the 3RD Annual of what we hope to be an Annual Last Chance Charity Hockey Tournament at the Crosslink County Sportsplex. The Charity recipient for the inaugural Tournament will be Kevs Kids. CFGP created Kevs Kids to help needy children in Grande Prairie and area who fall between the cracks. 100% of all contributions go back into the community and any administration costs are covered by ROCK 97.7.... Kevs Kids is a board made up of ROCK 97.7 employees and community members. We are a registered charity and will supply a tax receipt for all applicable donations. In the last 2 years, this tournament has raised a grand total of $12,318 for Kev's Kids. How awesome would it be if we could match that total this year! This is a 3 day tournament with Friday being the Red Eye Day with games being played at 1am, 3am and 5am. It will be open to teams from various leagues throughout the city including and not limited to Beer League teams and friends that just want to have some fun and help a great cause. Registration is open for those aged 18 and up. Cost-$1300 Min 4 games Max 6 games Prizes Door Prizes referees Scorekeepers Silent Auction $500 Non Refundable to hold team spot. There is room for 16-20 teams to register. Come out and support a great charity while having fun playing hockey. We are debating on how to run our silent auction this year, we want to hear from you. Do we go "old school" with sheets and prizes set up at the rink OR "millennial" done via fb group so if you can't make it to the rink you can still bid to help an amazing cause.
