Huge shout out to Karin and Kellie for their 1st and 2nd place winnings last night at the SAF Transformation Challenge. So proud of the work they have put in. T...hese transformations have not happened overnight... minimum of 2years consistency and integrating new habits so that these are permanent lifestyle changes. Yes there were obstacles but along with those came progress. We overcame the challenges and celebrated the progress. Both of the ladies have strong personalities, their dedication is seen not only in there body transformation but also in there everyday life. Career driven, mothers and daughters partners. I haven't posted in months! Life is crazy busy, but still making training a priority. Up at 4:45 every morning and getting it done. Cardio down to 2x/week, plus one Metabolic training. And 5 days of heavy lifting- building some mass is the goal!

Best homemade jam without refined sugar. My boys love jam and I needed to find a better option. *** 3tbsp of chia seeds.1/4 cup maple syrop, 2cups of fruit of choice. Ground chia seeds, mix with maple syrup. Let stand for a few minutes. Add to fruit. (I use thawed and mashed strawberries). This is a tad more liquidy than commercial brand jam, but very flavourful. And also perfect to add to yogurt or ice cream!!
