Well this barn door weights in at 600lbs, is 104" long, 7' tall and 1 1/2" thick. It has a white board on the other side. It sometimes blows my mind the things we get to install.

Here's another amazing project we were on with @north.forty and @stratadevelopment . Such a rich warm feeling being surrounded by all that walnut!

Its starting to come together at Escala by @meridiandevelopment! Super high end finishes for these suite entry doors. And as always @hygrademillwork is putting out some great product for this job!

Here is our latest project with IKEA cabinets. When you take your time and design an IKEA kitchen properly its amazing how good they can turn out! Years ago we used to build custom kitchens from scratch. Custom sized boxes and outsourced the makinh of the custom doors. The cost of doing this out of a small shop was astronomical, we had a hard time making a profit and staying competitive. It wasn't until my friend and client @lyndashirley asked us to install a custom IKEA k...itchen she designed. I was blown away with what some creativity and good design could get you! All the IKEA cabinets we use have BLUM solf close hardware (some of the best in the world), they are made from 3/4" material and are priced to be competitive. We use Zel Countertops for our counters and Braid Flooring for our backsplash. So we do have our local favorites to help us out. I truly believe that Saskatoon has a plethora of amazing cabinet companies that can do custom kitchens much better than an IKEA kitchen, but there is definitely a market for a lower level custom IKEA kitchen. Plus it keeps our staff working and busy. Let us know your thoughts.

We SOLD Kenosee! It took just a day and a half to sell this beauty. The conditions were pulled yesterday and we are so happy! Thanks everybody who helped us make this possible!
