December has arrived - the Christmas trees are definitely reflecting their festive colour ( dark green) with the colder weather/snow. The farm gates will be open from 9 til 4 this weekend Dec4/5th. JP, Tracey and Shelly will be at the farm to assist all those searching for their Christmas Tree. Wreaths will be available as well.... Handsaws will be available. All activities will be outside given the current public health recommendations. Bring you family and Pets. See you out the Royal Rd this weekend. Patrick

This Coming weekend Keywood Christmas Tree Farm will be open form 9 to 4 PM both Saturday ( Nov 27 ) and Sunday ( Nov 28th ) for tagging or cutting of your Christmas Tree. JP ( John Paul ) will be there to make saws available or to assist to load your tree. Have fun this weekend at the Christmas Tree Farm. Given the current state of the pandemic - Covid protocols will be followed, including social distancing and Hot Chocolate or cookies will not be available again this year. Hi - This coming weekend Nov 20th and 21st - we will ensure both gates are open for Christmas Tree tagging. Think we may have caused some confusion for some last weekend with only one entrance open. Please bring your flagging tape and put multiple ribbons on the tree you chose with your name and phone number written on the flagging tape/ribbon. Gates will be open from 9 til 4 both Saturday and Sunday

The days/evenings are cooling off now and the Christmas Trees are reflecting their Sharp Green colour for the upcoming Holiday season. The festive season is fast approaching - Keywood Christmas Tree Farm will be open later this November on the weekends ( 9AM til 5PM ) for families of the greater Fredericton area - to select the centerpiece of the holiday season ( your Christmas Tree ). You will find a nice one again this year on the farm for your home for the enjoyment of ...friends and family. There have been some changes over the past year here at Keywood - Gord and Carol have now fully retired from the Christmas Tree Farm. Potter Christmas Tree Farm ( Patrick and Tracey Potter) will endeavour to fill Gord and Carols shoes and keep the friendly/family culture instilled by the Youngs (Gord/Carol and Bethany) over the past decades - visible to all through the upcoming decades. The Potter's team have performed all the maintenance activities on the farm over the past 4 years as they have managed the wholesale Christmas Tree operation at Keywood - consistent with their other farms across southern New Brunswick. The farm crews have continued to provide the care to ensure quality trees are available this year as you have chosen over the past 4 years. Thanks to those who came out this weekend, it was so nice to see your eyes! We appreciate everyone's understanding on not being able to have you come inside for the traditional hot chocolate and warming up by the fire, we miss catching up with you all. Hello everyone, Good news! We will be open this weekend November 28-29 for the Choose-and-Cut. All government Covid-19 restrictions apply, everyone must wear a mask at the farm, and practice social distancing. NO facilities will be available (i.e. washroom, hot chocolate station, etc.). Saw lending and payment will be done outside. Please bring cash or cheque. Look forward to seeing you, I'll be smiling under my mask :D
