Hello to my fellow Rosslanders! Our studio is doing two fundraisers during these first few days of December. One is for the Rossland Food Bank, and the other ...one is for the Re/Max Toy Drive. If you know someone who is in MYC or Private Piano lessons with me, and you are looking for a little extra music in your life (the students are doing Practice and Performance-a-thons), and haven't heard about it yet, ask my very talented and hard-working music makers all about it! Little mini-performances can be requested on ZOOM or FACETIME. If you don't know anyone and would still like to contribute, please send me a PM and I can arrange something. End date: December 10th, 2020 We're all in this together. Thanks!! #bcrmta #piano #musicforyoungchildren Rossland Food Bank See more

Our board made the difficult decision to cancel the festival to be held in Trail in April, 2021 due to the challenges presented by Covid-19. The Kootenay Festival of the Arts will be scheduled to run in Nelson, BC in 2022 and will return to Trail in 2023. We really look forward to hosting everyone then. Any students who have a particular interest in participating in a festival this year are encouraged to explore other BC Festivals as some may have virtual participation option...s. At this time, The Provincials are still planning to go ahead in Cranbrook, BC. This is a very tough time for all artists and arts organizations and we regret having to make this announcement. In the meantime, here are a few nice memories from 2019.
