Do I or don't I share... a battle I have had about sharing my starting photos and my most recent progress photo. I was SO ashamed of the weight I put on, especially this last year. It felt like I blinked and it was just there... but when I started to tune into my choices I realized why I was eating the way I was.... it was my feelings, boredom, my struggles and how I had been dealing with life in general. I'm changing that. Finding new vices for dealing with this world. ... I share these pictures not for validation but as proof to others that all you have to do is choose. Choose to do it.
